I am so excited about what God is doing in the lives of our interns at Charismax Ministries! I believe that spending a year as an intern can be one of the most important times in life. Over the past years, I have seen many students take this adventure, and the results have been incredible. Whether you are interested in going into ministry full-time, or just want to grow in your relationship with God, an internship is the time and place to see great things happen. Interns come in for different reasons, but leave with a heart to change the world, and the practical tools to see it happen. So come for a year that will impact your life!

MISSION STATEMENT
To develop a life-changing ministry where young people can come to know Christ, establish strong relationships with their parents, fulfill their God-designed destinies, and change the world.

MINISTRY TRAINING
We believe that the best way to learn about ministry is to be involved in it. You will be involved in the production of our international television ministry, "TV One Life", that is in over 200 countries and reaches over one billion people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Your abiilities will be developed through the promotion, set-up, and production of ministry events across the nation for young people. You will use your talents in music, drama, preaching and audio-visual to minister to people in cities throughout America. This cutting edge ministry will help sharpen your gifts as you minister to others. Your experience will not only be in America, but you will also play a key role in leading our international mission trips. It will be a summer of challenge, growth and adventure that you will never forget! Finally, for those who feel called to ministry in the local church, you will be a vital part of a ministry team within Charisma Church. Here you will have the opportunity to use and develop your gifts on a weekly basis.

DISCIPLESHIP
Interns spend 4-6 hours a week in prayer times, special services with guest speakers and classes designed to increase your understanding in areas related to ministry and personal spiritual growth. These classes include: bible survey, counseling, prayer, preaching techniques, youth ministry, and more.

RETREATS AND EVENTS
Interns have several dynamic retreats and events each year. These events are designed for you to grow spiritually, challenge yourself, have fun, and fellowship with other interns. Each year we go on a fasting retreat where we worship God passionately and seek Him for direction in life. Other events have included: missions trips to Europe and South America, ropes courses, white-water rafting, hang-gliding, theme parks and more!

OFFICE WORK
All interns receive valuable training in the practical day-to-day running of a ministry. To learn the professional and business aspects of ministry, a part of each day is set aside to work in different areas of the office.
